Who you are

You have a Bachelor's degree and over 10 years of relevant experience in wireless silicon development, particularly in ASIC design. Your expertise includes working closely with SoC architects and IP developers to create energy-efficient designs that meet power, performance, and area goals. You thrive in collaborative environments, engaging in hardware/software/power partitioning discussions with cross-functional teams.

Your familiarity with the ASIC design flow allows you to integrate industry-standard and custom hardware IPs into SoCs effectively. You are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and can handle challenges that arise during the design process. Your strong communication skills enable you to collaborate with various functional areas, ensuring that all aspects of the design are aligned with project goals.

What you'll do

As a Senior Wireless SoC Design Engineer, you will be at the center of ASIC design efforts, contributing to the development of high-performance, low-power wireless SoCs. You will collaborate with a world-class vertically integrated engineering team, focusing on RF/Analog architecture and design, Systems/PHY/MAC architecture and design, and VLSI/RTL design and integration. Your role will involve engaging in design verification, test and validation, and firmware/software engineering to ensure that the SoCs meet Apple's high standards.

You will lead discussions on hardware/software/power partitioning, working closely with software, firmware, and platform engineering teams to optimize designs for performance and efficiency. Your contributions will have a critical impact on launching leading-edge products that delight millions of customers. You will also mentor junior engineers, sharing your knowledge and experience to help them grow in their careers.
