Who you are
You have a strong background in CPU or GPU architecture, with at least 3 years of relevant experience. Your expertise includes areas such as cache, on-chip interconnect networks, data compression, or GPU pipelines. You are proficient in Verilog/System Verilog and HDL, and you understand the intricacies of timing and power optimization. You thrive in collaborative environments and possess strong communication skills, allowing you to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
Desirable
You have knowledge of high-performance, low-power designs and experience in debugging performance issues. Familiarity with scripting languages such as Perl, Python, and Ruby is a plus, as is the ability to think creatively and adapt quickly to new technical challenges.
What you'll do
As a GPU Design Engineer, you will participate in the specification of micro-architecture and engage in RTL coding. Your role will involve exploring architecture trade-offs in performance, area, and power consumption, ensuring that Apple products can handle complex tasks efficiently.
