What you'll do

As a Machine Learning Engineer at Apple, you will be part of the Visual Intelligence Technology team, where you will explore how large-scale models can understand and reason about complex visual scenes. You will design and build large-scale training pipelines, conducting experiments at scale to evaluate the performance of various models. Your work will directly contribute to the development of user-facing features powered by Apple Intelligence, such as Visual Look-up and Visual Search.

You will collaborate closely with researchers and data scientists to develop, fine-tune, and evaluate domain-specific large language models (LLMs) for various tasks and applications within Apple's AI-powered products. Your role will involve conducting applied research to ensure that innovative AI technologies are effectively integrated into production systems, enhancing the overall user experience across Apple's platforms.
