You have a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related quantitative field, with 4+ years of experience in machine learning and AI development. Your expertise includes working with large language models and agent-based systems, allowing you to contribute effectively to the development of intelligent agents. You possess strong programming skills in Python and are familiar with frameworks such as TensorFlow and PyTorch, which you have used to build and deploy machine learning models.

You are a collaborative team player who enjoys working closely with ML scientists, applied researchers, and product engineers. Your ability to communicate complex ideas clearly and effectively helps bridge the gap between research and practical application. You are passionate about advancing AI technologies and are eager to push the boundaries of what is possible in human-AI interaction.

Desirable

Experience with simulation tooling and evaluation pipelines is a plus, as is familiarity with voice-driven AI experiences. You have a strong understanding of the ethical implications of AI and strive to develop reliable and trustworthy AI agents.

What you'll do

In this role, you will help define how next-generation intelligent agents reason, plan, and interact with users through natural voice and multimodal experiences. You will develop the core reasoning and simulation capabilities for agentic voice experiences, focusing on building robust infrastructure for training and evaluation of LLMs. Your responsibilities will include designing and running experiments in simulated environments, building scalable evaluation pipelines, and integrating agent behaviors across client and backend systems.

You will collaborate with a pioneering team to transform early research into deployable systems, contributing to the development of a platform that empowers developers and end-users to create rich, voice-driven AI experiences.
