What you'll do

In this role, you will serve as the bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams on large-scale business process transformation initiatives. You will support cross-functional teams in implementing new ways of working, ensuring that processes are optimized for efficiency and effectiveness. Your responsibilities will include engaging with various stakeholders to gather requirements, analyzing current processes, and facilitating discussions to drive transformation initiatives forward.

You will be responsible for identifying gaps in existing processes and proposing solutions that align with Apple's strategic goals. Your work will directly contribute to the sales organization’s ability to generate revenue and fuel ongoing development of products and services. You will collaborate closely with teams across the organization to ensure that new processes are effectively integrated and adopted.
