Your experience includes managing capital construction projects and developing sustainability initiatives to reduce environmental impact.

Your ability to work closely with multiple stakeholders, including Real Estate, Design, Operations, IS&T, and Security, showcases your strong communication skills and your capacity to foster collaboration across teams. You are detail-oriented and have a keen eye for material selection, which is crucial for maintaining the quality of Apple’s facilities.

What you'll do

As a Facilities Manager, you will lead all aspects of facilities management for a portfolio of Apple Stores across various states. You will directly engage with retail store leadership to ensure that facilities are operating at optimal levels. Your role will involve overseeing capital construction projects, ensuring that they align with Apple’s standards and sustainability goals. You will also be responsible for developing and implementing initiatives that enhance the environmental performance of Apple’s facilities, including renewable energy programs and commute solutions.

You will collaborate with various teams to address any facility-related issues that arise, ensuring that all stakeholders are informed and engaged in the process. Your leadership will be instrumental in driving improvements in facility operations, and you will be expected to provide insights and recommendations based on your expertise in facilities management. You will also play a key role in maintaining the health and safety standards of all facilities, ensuring that they meet regulatory requirements and Apple’s internal policies.
