You have a proven track record in facilities management, demonstrating your ability to operate buildings effectively and efficiently. Your experience includes engaging with diverse teams and stakeholders, ensuring that all aspects of facilities are managed to the highest standards. You are collaborative and highly motivated, ready to contribute to the enhancement and growth of the organization. You understand the importance of sustainability initiatives and are committed to reducing the environmental impact of facilities. Your strong communication skills enable you to interact effectively with retail store leadership and Places leadership alike.
What you'll do
As a Facilities Manager, you will lead all aspects of facilities management for a portfolio of Apple Stores across multiple states. You will directly engage with retail store leadership and collaborate with various stakeholders, including Real Estate, Design, Operations, IS&T, and Security. Your responsibilities will include overseeing capital construction projects, managing site services, and developing sustainability initiatives. You will ensure the health and safety of all personnel and customers in Apple facilities, contributing to a positive workplace environment. You will also be involved in material selection and operational strategies to enhance the functionality of the facilities.
