You have a proven track record in facilities management, demonstrating your ability to operate and maintain buildings effectively. Your experience includes engaging with diverse teams and stakeholders, ensuring that all facilities meet the highest standards of safety and efficiency. You are collaborative and motivated, ready to contribute to the growth of Apple's organization.
You understand the importance of sustainability initiatives and have experience in developing programs that reduce environmental impact. Your strong communication skills allow you to work effectively with retail store leadership and other departments, ensuring that all aspects of facilities management are aligned with Apple's goals.
What you'll do
As a Facilities Manager, you will lead the management of facilities across a portfolio of Apple Stores, directly engaging with retail store leadership and Places leadership. You will oversee capital construction projects and ensure that all facilities are maintained to the highest standards. Your role will involve collaborating with teams from Real Estate, Design, Operations, IS&T, Security, and Development to ensure seamless operations.
You will be responsible for developing and implementing sustainability initiatives aimed at reducing the environmental impact of Apple facilities. This includes managing programs related to renewable energy and employee commute options. Your leadership will be crucial in ensuring the health and safety of all personnel and customers in Apple facilities.
