Who you are

You have a Bachelor's and/or Master's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field. With 3-5 years of software development experience, you possess strong programming skills in one or more object-oriented languages such as Objective-C, Swift, or C++. Your excellent understanding of operating systems concepts contributes to application performance and scalability, including multi-threading, memory management, networking, wireless technologies, protocols, and distributed system architecture. You thrive in a collaborative environment, working closely with cross-functional teams to create innovative solutions.

What you'll do

As a HomeKit Software Engineer, you will develop the platform that enables accessories, iOS devices, and applications to work together seamlessly. You will work on different layers of the software stack, from protocol design and implementation to developer APIs, ensuring that the customer experience is top-notch. Your role will involve enhancing and refining existing features while pioneering groundbreaking ideas that will shape the future of home automation technology. You will collaborate with other engineers and stakeholders to craft the most amazing home automation experience that our customers will love.
