You have 3-10 years of software development experience, showcasing strong programming skills in object-oriented languages such as Objective-C or C++. Your educational background includes a Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent experience. You thrive in collaborative environments and are eager to contribute to the development of a groundbreaking home automation platform.
You possess excellent experience with operating systems concepts that enhance application performance and scalability, including multi-threading, memory management, networking, wireless technologies, protocols, and distributed system architecture. Your ability to work hands-on and your hardworking nature make you a valuable asset to the team.
Desirable
Familiarity with Zigbee technology is a plus, as it aligns with the innovative solutions the HomeKit team is developing. You are excited about the prospect of shaping the future of technology and creating amazing user experiences.
What you'll do
As a Software Engineer on the HomeKit team, you will develop the platform that enables accessories, iOS devices, and applications to work together seamlessly.
