You have over 8 years of experience in Technical Operations, DevOps, or Technical Program Management, demonstrating a strong understanding of technical systems and design workflows. As a leader, you have spent at least 5 years managing and developing talent, showcasing your ability to inspire and guide teams towards operational excellence. Your strategic leadership skills allow you to create and communicate a compelling vision, aligning team roadmaps with broader organizational priorities. You have a proven track record of managing large-scale technical programs and leading change management initiatives that drive innovation and operational efficiency.
You leverage data and metrics to drive operational insights and inform strategic decision-making, ensuring that your teams are equipped with the tools they need to succeed. Your understanding of the product and design development lifecycle, along with familiarity with tools like Sketch, Adobe Creative Cloud, and Figma, positions you as a key player in empowering creative teams. You thrive in high-visibility, high-impact roles and are passionate about systems and tools that enhance productivity.

In this role, you will lead the Tech Operations pillar within PD&M Ops, ensuring that our creative teams have the necessary systems and services to deliver their work effectively.
