Job Description
Who you are
You have a strong technical background and interpersonal skills, with a focus on manufacturing test solutions. You understand the importance of design for testability and have experience providing early and ongoing manufacturing involvement to ensure new products are tested logically and cost-effectively. Your familiarity with FMEA and product design targets using the Engineering Requirements Specification (ERS) sets you apart. You are comfortable working across all phases of a product's life cycle, from concept to production, and have experience providing production support engineering for complex testing methods and failure analysis.
You are adept at leading the optimization of test solutions to enhance quality and operational efficiency in production. Your ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Hardware, Operations, and Business, allows you to drive improvements and ensure that testing processes align with product goals. You thrive in environments that challenge your technical skills and require innovative problem-solving.
What you'll do
In this role, you will be responsible for designing test solutions that meet the needs of new products while ensuring they are manufacturable. You will work closely with engineering teams to incorporate feedback and improve testing methodologies. Your role will involve analyzing test data and providing insights to enhance product quality and reliability. You will also lead initiatives to streamline testing processes, reducing time and costs while maintaining high standards.
