Job Description

Who you are

You have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and at least 3 years of experience in the semiconductor industry, specifically in ATE testing for Analog/Mixed-Signal devices. Your attention to detail is exceptional, and you thrive on solving complex challenges in high-performance environments. You have a strong understanding of silicon debug processes and are skilled in collaborating with design teams to evaluate IP testability. Your experience includes developing and documenting ATE test plans for new IPs and products, ensuring that quality and efficiency are at the forefront of your testing solutions.

You are proficient in using LabVIEW and MATLAB for test development, and you have a solid foundation in Python for scripting and automation tasks. Your ability to design and debug both software and hardware for production, characterization, and reliability testing sets you apart. You are comfortable coordinating test-related activities between internal teams and external partners, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.

Desirable

While a minimum of 3 years of experience is required, having 10 years of relevant industry experience is preferred. This additional experience will enhance your ability to lead complex projects and mentor junior engineers. Familiarity with high-speed digital testing and a passion for innovation in semiconductor technology will further strengthen your candidacy.

What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for developing ATE test programs that are critical for the debug, characterization, qualification, and production of SoC devices. You will collaborate closely with Design for Test (DFT) and design teams to evaluate the testability of IPs, ensuring that all aspects of the silicon are thoroughly tested and validated. Your expertise will guide the development of comprehensive ATE test plans that align with Apple's high standards for quality and performance.

You will design and debug test software and hardware, focusing on production, characterization, and reliability testing. Your contributions will directly impact the efficiency and effectiveness of Apple's testing processes, enabling the production of high-quality devices that meet customer expectations. You will coordinate test-related activities, ensuring that all stakeholders are aligned and informed throughout the testing lifecycle.
