Job Description
Who you are
You have experience in automation and software systems design, which allows you to create elegant solutions to complex challenges. Your proficiency in interpreted or scripting languages such as Perl, Python, or TCL enables you to develop innovative methodologies for silicon development. You are familiar with version control systems like Git and Perforce, ensuring efficient collaboration and code management within your team.
You thrive in high-performance compute (HPC) Linux environments, where your attention to detail and commitment to quality drive the success of your projects. Your ability to collaborate with multiple design teams allows you to identify and implement automations that enhance internal software evaluation, management, and deployment processes.
What you'll do
As a System Infrastructure Developer at Apple, you will be responsible for crafting and building the technology that fuels Appleβs devices. You will work closely with the hardware CAD team to develop best-in-class methodologies and flows for Apple silicon development. Your role will involve collaborating with various design teams to drive the quality of the chip and increase the efficiency and quality of results (QoR) of our CAD flows.
You will create new software and technologies that empower other Apple engineers to innovate and deliver products for millions of customers worldwide. Your contributions will ensure that Apple products and services can seamlessly handle the tasks that make them beloved by users. You will be at the forefront of designing and manufacturing high-performance, power-efficient processors, playing a crucial role in the future of Apple technology.
