You have a Bachelor's degree and over 10 years of relevant industry experience, with a strong background in high-volume manufacturing processes. Your expertise in adhesive technology and automated equipment makes you a key player in developing innovative solutions for module assembly. You thrive in collaborative environments and enjoy solving complex problems creatively.
Your experience includes hands-on work in the development of adhesive bonding and material understanding, particularly in ultrahigh-volume manufacturing settings. You are familiar with laser systems and laser material joining, which enhances your ability to contribute to groundbreaking projects. Your leadership skills enable you to guide teams effectively and communicate complex ideas to senior management.
What you'll do
As a Senior Haptic Module Process Engineer, you will be the key engineer supporting sophisticated, high-volume modules for Apple's iPhone, Watch, and Accessories. You will collaborate with factory partners to develop manufacturing intent equipment, materials, and processes that meet Apple's high standards. Your role will involve providing robust leadership in module assembly processes, ensuring that all solutions are innovative and efficient.
You will engage with cross-functional teams and equipment suppliers to develop and deploy new modules to mass production, often requiring international travel to partner sites.
