Who you are

You are a highly motivated process development engineer with a strong background in electrical and optical systems. You possess solid process fundamentals and have experience in equipment design and hardware/software system integration. Your multidisciplinary skillset allows you to tackle complex product design challenges effectively. You thrive in collaborative environments and are skilled at communicating technical concepts to cross-functional teams.

You have a proven track record of designing new process architectures and customizing equipment to meet project needs. Your experience includes driving optimization and conducting failure analysis to improve processes. You are comfortable working in fast-paced settings and can manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining a focus on quality and innovation.

What you'll do

In this role, you will lead the development of new equipment and processes for electrical and optical modules. You will convert incubation technologies and proof-of-concept equipment into scalable solutions. Your responsibilities will include designing experiments, optimizing processes, and summarizing data for reporting to management and collaborators. You will work closely with the Display Technologies Organization, contributing to the advancement of Apple's innovative products.

You will also be responsible for collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure that the developed processes align with product requirements and timelines. Your ability to communicate effectively will be crucial in driving projects forward and ensuring that all stakeholders are informed and engaged throughout the development process.
