Job Description
Who you are
You hold a B.S. Degree in Physics, Materials Science, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field, and you have at least 3 years of relevant industry experience. You have successfully led projects from early development to high-volume production, demonstrating your ability to manage complex processes effectively. Your experience includes failure mode analysis, root cause investigation, and problem-solving for product yield and quality issues. You are familiar with EQ/Process development in Camera, Sensor, MEMS, precision optics, Semiconductor, or other related industries. Additionally, you have a strong background in precision mechanical systems, precision assembly, flexures, and calibration systems, and you have experience designing or tuning opto-mechanical fixtures for active vendors in factories.
