You have a proven track record in learning and development, with experience in designing and implementing effective training programs that foster a culture of continuous learning. You understand the importance of aligning learning initiatives with business objectives and have a knack for identifying skill gaps within teams. Your ability to stay current on L&D trends and emerging technologies allows you to integrate innovative approaches into your strategies. You are a strong communicator, capable of collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure that learning programs meet the diverse needs of employees across the organization.

What you'll do
In this role, you will champion a culture of continuous learning by promoting self-directed development and knowledge sharing across the organization. You will consult with business leaders and People Partners to assess learning needs, identify skill gaps, and prioritize learning initiatives that align with business objectives. Your responsibilities will include overseeing the design and delivery of learning programs, such as new-hire onboarding, employee development, and compliance training, ensuring quality and consistency throughout.
You will guide the creation and curation of engaging and relevant learning content, leveraging best practices and innovative technologies to enhance the learning experience. By staying informed about industry trends, you will continuously evolve the learning programs to meet the changing needs of the organization. Your role will also involve evaluating the effectiveness of learning initiatives and making data-driven decisions to improve outcomes.
