Who you are
You have a strong background in performance analysis and tuning, particularly in GPU technologies. Your experience includes collaborating with design and software engineers to enhance performance across various levels of the GPU stack, including architecture and microarchitecture. You are skilled in developing performance test plans and analyzing performance issues using real-life content such as games and professional applications. Your analytical mindset allows you to propose optimizations based on performance data, ensuring that Apple products deliver exceptional user experiences.
You thrive in a collaborative environment, working closely with cross-functional teams to innovate and develop new methods for analyzing performance data. What you'll do
In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing performance test plans to validate GPU performance. You will analyze performance issues using micro benches and real-life content, identifying hardware bottlenecks and proposing optimizations. Your work will involve collaborating with GPU Design and Software Engineers to ensure that performance improvements are integrated into the design process. You will also innovate new ways to analyze and visualize performance data, contributing to the overall efficiency and effectiveness of the Performance Analysis team.
