You have a Bachelor's degree and at least 3 years of relevant industry experience in Power Integrity or Signal Integrity. Your academic background may include a Master's or Ph.D. in Power/Signal Integrity, Analog Circuit Design, or Electromagnetism, showcasing your deep understanding of these fields. You possess proficiency in Python coding and have experience with AI/ML-assisted automation, which enhances your ability to innovate in your role. Your attention to detail and precision in your work drive you to achieve outstanding results in complex engineering tasks.

What you'll do

As a Power Integrity Engineer at Apple, you will be responsible for the development, implementation, and verification of Power Integrity solutions for System on Chips (SoCs) used in various Apple devices. You will collaborate closely with multi-functional teams to define off-die droop budgets and design an end-to-end power delivery network (PDN) solution that spans across PMU, PCB, PKG, Interposer, and Die. Your role will involve power delivery modeling, simulation, and characterization for various components, ensuring that the power integrity meets the highest standards. You will also take broad responsibility for all SoC droop-related topics, including on-die inrush, off-die droop budget, PDN sign-off, noise coupling analysis, voltage guard band, and active droop mitigation. Your contributions will be crucial in shaping the power delivery systems for both current and future generations of Apple products.
