Who you are
You have a Bachelor's degree and at least 3 years of relevant industry experience, ideally in Power Integrity or Signal Integrity. Your background includes a strong understanding of analog circuit design and electromagnetism, which allows you to tackle complex power delivery challenges effectively. You possess proficiency in Python coding and have experience with AI/ML assisted automation, which enhances your ability to innovate in power integrity solutions. Your attention to detail and precision in your work ensure outstanding results in the development and verification of power integrity systems.
What you'll do
As a Power Integrity Engineer at Apple, you will be responsible for the development, implementation, and verification of Power Integrity solutions for System on Chips (SoCs) used in various Apple devices. You will collaborate closely with multi-functional teams to define off-die droop budgets and design an end-to-end power delivery network (PDN) solution. Your role will involve power delivery modeling, simulation, and characterization across various components including die, interposer, package, and board. You will also be tasked with defining the PDN architecture and ensuring the quality of power integrity through lab measurements and analysis of droop-related topics.
