What you'll do

As a Process Engineer at Osmo, you will own the day-to-day process support for manufacturing, ensuring that batches flow correctly through systems and equipment. You will be responsible for translating changes in MES configurations, updating work instructions, and implementing standard operating procedures (SOPs) to enhance physical workflow changes. Your role will involve developing and improving process controls to reduce inefficiencies and ensure consistent production quality. You will collaborate with the engineering and automation team to build a structure that supports continuous improvement and scalability in manufacturing operations.

You will also play a key role in identifying areas for process optimization and implementing solutions that enhance productivity. This includes analyzing production data, troubleshooting issues, and working closely with operators to ensure that processes are followed correctly.
