Who you are

You have 3+ years of experience in product design, ideally with a focus on consumer electronics — your background in mechanical engineering equips you with the skills to create innovative audio products that redefine user experiences. You possess strong 3-D CAD skills and have demonstrated expertise in plastic and metal part design, allowing you to bring concepts to life with precision and creativity. Your experience with statistical tolerance analysis techniques and geometric tolerancing ensures that your designs are robust and reliable. Additionally, you have some experience with finite element analysis, which enhances your ability to evaluate and optimize designs for performance and durability.

What you'll do

As a Product Design Engineer at Apple, you will be a key member of the Audio Product Design team, responsible for conceiving, designing, and testing new audio products, including the next generation of AirPods. You may also be required to travel internationally (~10%) to collaborate with global teams and partners.
