What you'll do

As a Platforms Producer at Apple, you will be at the forefront of driving the execution of our customer and internal engagement platforms. You will manage the operational integrity of these platforms, ensuring that they meet the highest standards of quality and efficiency. Your role will involve overseeing the content lifecycle, from creation to publication, and ensuring that all content is delivered seamlessly to our customers and internal teams. You will collaborate closely with various stakeholders to support major initiatives like Today at Apple and Learning and Communications for our Retail teams. Your efforts will directly contribute to transforming the customer and internal experience, enabling successful launches of Retail programs and maintaining platform stability.
