You have a strong technical background in analog and/or digital custom IP development — your experience allows you to effectively manage complex technical relationships and ensure that third-party IPs meet Apple's high standards for quality and performance. You thrive in a collaborative environment, working closely with cross-functional teams to drive successful outcomes. Your ability to facilitate data-driven decision-making is key to resolving technical issues and ensuring timely releases.

You excel at managing relationships with external partners and internal stakeholders — your communication skills enable you to coordinate effectively with engineering teams, operations, legal, and third-party vendors. You are detail-oriented and understand the importance of meeting technical, quality, and schedule requirements in a fast-paced environment. Your passion for cutting-edge silicon technology drives you to stay updated on industry trends and innovations.

Desirable

Experience with silicon validation processes is a plus, as it will enhance your ability to oversee the integration of custom IPs into Apple's chip designs. Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies will also be beneficial in this role, allowing you to track progress and resolve issues efficiently.

What you'll do

As a 3rd Party IP Engineering Program Manager at Apple, you will be responsible for orchestrating the integration of external custom IPs into Apple's groundbreaking chip designs. You will work closely with world-class engineering teams to ensure that all third-party IPs meet the necessary technical, quality, and schedule requirements. Your role will involve coordinating releases and driving, tracking, and resolving issues associated with third-party IP development and design integration.

You will facilitate communication between various teams, ensuring that everyone is aligned on project goals and timelines. Your ability to identify and drive resolution of technical issues will be crucial, as you will bring together the right experts to tackle challenges as they arise.
