Job Description

Who you are

You have a Bachelor's degree and over 10 years of relevant experience in silicon development, with proven expertise in areas such as Design, Verification, Implementation, Physical Design, DFT, or Validation. Your background equips you with the technical knowledge necessary to tackle complex problems and drive multi-functional teams toward successful outcomes.

You possess strong organizational skills and a passion for leading silicon bring-up and debug activities. Your creativity and technical acumen allow you to navigate tight schedule constraints while ensuring that each decision is made with the right context in mind. You thrive in collaborative environments, working closely with various teams to deliver innovative CPU designs that power Apple's products.

What you'll do

As the CPU Post-Silicon Engineering Program Manager, you will be embedded within the CPU team, driving post-silicon planning and execution. Your role will involve coordinating with Design, Verification, Silicon Validation, Software, Power, and Performance Validation teams to resolve silicon issues that may block product development. You will oversee the initial silicon bring-up process through to production release, ensuring that all technical challenges are addressed efficiently.

You will leverage your extensive experience to guide teams in debugging and optimizing silicon performance, contributing to the development of industry-leading CPUs for products like the M1 and M2 Mac, iPhone, iPad, and Apple Watch. Your leadership will be crucial in fostering collaboration across hardware, software, and systems teams, ensuring that the final products deliver exceptional user experiences.
