Who you are

You have a Bachelor's degree and over 10 years of relevant experience in silicon development, demonstrating proven expertise in areas such as Design, Verification, Implementation, Physical Design, DFT, or Validation. Your technical knowledge is complemented by strong organizational skills, allowing you to effectively manage complex projects and lead multi-functional teams under tight schedule constraints.

You are passionate about CPU development and have a deep understanding of the intricacies involved in silicon bring-up and debugging. Your ability to work collaboratively across hardware, software, and systems teams is essential in creating optimized products that deliver exceptional user experiences. You thrive in environments that require technical excellence and the ability to contextualize decisions within the broader organizational framework.

What you'll do

As the CPU Post-Silicon Engineering Program Manager, you will be embedded in the CPU team, driving post-silicon planning, bring-up, and debug activities. You will work closely with various groups, including Design, Verification, Silicon Validation, Software, Power, and Performance Validation, to resolve silicon issues that may block product development. Your role will involve overseeing the initial silicon bring-up through to production release and beyond, ensuring that all technical challenges are addressed efficiently.

You will leverage your creativity and technical expertise to guide teams in tackling complex problems, ensuring that projects are delivered on time and meet Apple's high standards for quality and performance. Your leadership will be crucial in fostering collaboration among diverse teams, enabling them to work together effectively to achieve common goals.
