Who you are
You have a strong background in engineering program management, ideally with experience in CPU or hardware development — you understand the complexities of managing technical projects and can navigate cross-functional teams effectively. You possess the ability to dive deep into technical topics while maintaining a strategic perspective on project goals and timelines.
Your experience includes working closely with engineering teams, particularly in architecture, design, and verification processes — you are comfortable discussing technical details and can facilitate collaboration among diverse teams. You are a natural communicator who can articulate complex ideas clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders — your interpersonal skills enable you to build strong relationships across the organization. You thrive in environments that require both technical knowledge and leadership, and you are passionate about driving innovation in CPU design.
Desirable
Experience in pre-silicon validation or post-silicon debug processes would be a plus — familiarity with the full program lifecycle from specification to execution is highly valued. A background in working with SoC (System on Chip) design teams can enhance your effectiveness in this role.
What you'll do
As the CPU Pre-Silicon Engineering Program Manager, you will lead the project lifecycle for CPU development, ensuring that all phases from specification through execution and post-silicon support are managed effectively. You will collaborate with CPU architecture, logic design, verification, and physical design teams to drive project activities and ensure alignment with strategic goals.
