What you'll do

As a Sustaining Operations Program Manager at Apple, you will lead the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) operations team in planning and executing new product ramps. Your role will involve driving ramp readiness by collaborating with engineering, operations, and OEM teams to ensure that all necessary preparations are in place for successful product launches. You will manage operations-related activities, ensuring that supply aligns with demand while maintaining the high-quality standards expected of Apple products. Your responsibilities will include planning capacity and managing a significant budget for factory equipment, as well as influencing product manufacturability and testability. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to address any challenges that arise during the product lifecycle, ensuring that operations run smoothly from launch through the end of production. Your ability to lead through relationships and influence will be key to your success in this role, as you navigate the complexities of product operations in a fast-paced environment.
