Who you are

You have a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field, with several years of project management experience in the consumer electronics industry. Your excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills enable you to effectively manage cross-functional teams and international vendors. You are self-motivated and proactive, with a strong ability to filter and distill relevant information for the right audience. You understand rapid development cycles and can adapt in the face of ambiguity, redirecting pitfalls and developing improved courses of action. Your detailed knowledge of product development processes and manufacturing processes allows you to interface effectively with product design and operations teams.

What you'll do

In this role, you will drive day-to-day activities to meet overall project objectives and schedules from development to ramp. You will enable the development effort by implementing efficient processes for decision-making and ensuring that all project milestones are achieved. You will collaborate closely with engineering teams to manage the design and development of connectors such as USB, HDMI, and Lightning, ensuring high aesthetic quality and functionality. Your responsibilities will also include managing the validation process and ensuring that all products meet Apple's high standards for quality and performance.
