What you'll do

In this role, you will lead the Core Technology Quality Engineering team, responsible for ensuring that Apple products meet the highest quality standards. You will engage early in the development process to enable new technologies and drive quality improvement actions on future products. Your responsibilities will include developing plans to validate and verify new product quality at each development milestone, ensuring that manufacturing processes are capable of mass production. You will work closely with suppliers to establish quality benchmarks and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

You will be responsible for mentoring and developing your team, fostering a culture of quality and excellence. Your leadership will guide the team in approaching problems with an engineering mindset, utilizing data to inform decisions and enhance product quality. You will collaborate with various teams across Apple to ensure that quality is integrated into every aspect of product development. Your role will also involve monitoring supplier performance and implementing corrective actions as necessary to maintain high standards.
