What you'll do

In this role, you will lead the Operations technical team during the development of next-generation products and high-volume production. You will act as the senior technical advisor for your product line, ensuring that all phases of development are executed smoothly. Your responsibilities will include coordinating with various multi-functional teams, such as Design for Excellence (DFx), Design for Manufacturing (DFm), Test, Supplier Quality Engineering (SQE), and Product Quality Engineering (PQE).

You will be instrumental in establishing processes that support the final assembly and testing of products like iPhone, Mac, VisionPro, and Home. Your leadership will guide the team in implementing best practices for quality management, ensuring that products meet Apple's high standards before reaching customers.

You will also be responsible for identifying potential risks in the product development process and developing strategies to mitigate them. Your ability to analyze data and provide actionable insights will be crucial in driving continuous improvement initiatives within the team.
