What you'll do

In this role, you will work closely with cross-functional and cross-organizational teams to understand client processes and analyze business needs. You will document and understand business requirements, conduct analytic investigations, and perform system and workflow testing and validation. Your responsibilities will include tracking and developing analytics, as well as creating new metrics and analytics to make recommendations for improving quality and efficiency. You will collaborate with machine learning engineers and software engineers to analyze complex business problems and complete annual end-to-end testing. Participation in cross-functional User Acceptance Testing (UAT) will also be part of your duties. You will have access to both internal and external data sources, and you will be expected to communicate relevant insights to senior leadership and key decision-makers effectively.
