You have over 5 years of experience in real estate management, particularly in retail leasing and portfolio management. Your expertise includes negotiating multi-million dollar leases and managing property assessments. You understand the intricacies of property valuations and P&L optimizations, and you are adept at strategic site selection. You thrive in collaborative environments and are committed to fostering a culture of inclusion and diversity. Your strong communication skills enable you to effectively liaise with various stakeholders, ensuring that all parties are aligned with the company's real estate strategy.
Desirable
Experience in managing a large portfolio of retail properties is a plus. Familiarity with the latest trends in retail real estate and a strong network within the industry will set you apart. You are proactive in identifying opportunities for growth and optimization within the existing portfolio, and you have a keen eye for detail when it comes to property assessments and valuations.
What you'll do
As a Senior Real Estate Manager at Apple, you will play a crucial role in delivering the company's Five-Year Plan. You will be responsible for managing and maintaining the existing portfolio of stores, ensuring that they meet the high standards expected by Apple. Your role will involve negotiating leases and renewals, conducting property assessments, and optimizing P&L for the retail locations. You will collaborate closely with the Geo RE Lead and other team members to develop and implement a global real estate strategy that enhances the employee and customer experience. You will also be tasked with identifying new site opportunities that align with Apple's vision and growth objectives.
