What you'll do

In this role, you will define and execute Whatnot's real estate and workplace strategy as the company scales from 1,000 to 1,500+ employees by 2026. You will be responsible for all real estate transactions, office buildouts, and facilities operations globally. Your focus will be on ensuring that the physical spaces support intentional collaboration and connection among team members.

You will partner with the Chief People Officer and senior leadership across Finance & Operations to shape the workplace strategy, ensuring it aligns with the company's values and culture. Your role will involve assessing current office spaces, identifying opportunities for improvement, and implementing solutions that enhance the employee experience.
