Who you are
You have a minimum of 5 years of experience in custom RF/analog layout for radio transceivers, with extensive knowledge of deep sub-micron CMOS technology. Your proficiency in interpreting CALIBRE DRC, ERC, and LVS in FinFET technology sets you apart, and you are well-versed in layout techniques that ensure high-quality designs. You thrive in collaborative environments, working closely with design teams to bring innovative wireless technologies to life.
Your expertise in Cadence layout tools allows you to efficiently layout and verify complex RF and analog IP, ensuring that designs meet stringent performance and reliability standards. You understand the intricacies of RF front-end amplifiers, data converters, and phase-locked loops, and you are passionate about contributing to the next generation of wireless technologies that enhance user experiences.
What you'll do
As an RFIC Layout Engineer at Apple, you will play a critical role in the design and verification of custom RF and analog IP for complex SoC products. You will collaborate with the RFIC design team to layout and verify designs, ensuring they meet the high standards expected in high-volume production. Your work will directly impact the development of state-of-the-art radios that will be integrated into hundreds of millions of products.
You will be responsible for researching and implementing layout techniques that optimize performance while minimizing signal coupling and interference.
