What you'll do

As a Senior Site Reliability Engineer on the Block Storage team, you will be responsible for building and running the next generation of distributed storage systems — your work will directly support Apple's most critical services, impacting hundreds of millions of users. You will engage with the full infrastructure stack, from tuning the block storage layer to managing content delivery network traffic.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve complex issues, ensuring the reliability and performance of storage systems — your expertise will be essential in optimizing system configurations and improving overall efficiency. You will also have the opportunity to mentor junior engineers, sharing your insights and best practices to foster a culture of continuous improvement.
