You are detail-oriented and possess a strong understanding of point-of-sale (POS) system integrations and real-time transaction processing, ensuring seamless operations in retail settings.

What you'll do

As a Senior SAP Support Analyst at Apple, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive support across various SAP modules, ensuring that customer ordering, fulfillment, and service processes run smoothly. You will troubleshoot and resolve issues related to POS system integrations and support assortment planning, merchandise allocation, and inventory optimization for retail locations. Your role will also involve supporting omnichannel retail operations, including buy-online-pickup-in-store and ship-from-store processes, which are critical for enhancing customer experience.

You will collaborate closely with multiple business functions, including Retail, Operations, Finance, and AppleCare, to ensure that all systems are aligned and functioning optimally. Your expertise in Apple's complex manufacturing processes will be essential as you support production planning and execution, helping to maintain the high standards that Apple is known for.
