Who you are
You have a Bachelor's degree and at least 3 years of relevant industry experience in design verification. Your background includes a strong understanding of functional and performance goals in chip design, allowing you to effectively test and ensure quality. You are skilled in reviewing design and architecture specifications and collaborating closely with design and micro-architecture teams to drive test cases. Your communication skills enable you to work effectively with cross-functional teams, ensuring that all use cases and corner conditions are understood and addressed.
What you'll do
As a SoC Full Chip DV Engineer at Apple, you will be responsible for verifying the functionality and performance of Appleβs SOCs. You will develop comprehensive test plans and coverage strategies, defining the next generation of verification methodologies and test benches. Your role will involve running and triaging regressions, tracking bugs, and analyzing coverage to achieve top results. You will collaborate with design, architecture, and software teams to understand the use cases and corner conditions, driving the creation of effective test cases that ensure the highest quality of Appleβs products.
