Who you are
You have a Bachelor's degree and at least 3 years of relevant industry experience in design verification. You are skilled in reviewing design and architecture specifications and have a solid understanding of functional and performance goals in chip design. You thrive in collaborative environments, working closely with design, architecture, and software teams to drive test cases effectively.
You possess strong analytical skills, allowing you to triage regressions, track bugs, and analyze coverage to achieve top results. Your experience includes developing test plans and defining verification methodologies, ensuring that you can contribute to the next generation of SOCs at Apple. You are detail-oriented and committed to delivering high-quality results.
What you'll do
As a SoC Full Chip DV Engineer at Apple, you will be responsible for verifying the functionality and performance of SOCs. You will collaborate with various teams to understand use cases and corner conditions, driving the development of effective test cases. Your role will involve reviewing design specifications and working closely with design and micro-architecture teams to ensure quality.
You will develop comprehensive test plans and coverage plans, defining the next generation of verification methodologies and test benches. Additionally, you will run and triage regressions, track bugs, and analyze coverage to ensure that the SOCs meet the highest standards of performance and functionality.
