Who you are

You have a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or equivalent work experience, along with strong experience in quality assurance and testing methodologies. Your technical skills are complemented by excellent interpersonal abilities, allowing you to effectively communicate with senior management and cross-functional teams. You are self-motivated and thrive in a collaborative environment, where you can lead testing efforts for multiple retail projects with concurrent timelines.

You possess a deep understanding of QA standards, guidelines, and technologies, and you are adept at establishing processes for end-to-end integration testing. Your experience includes leading both onsite and offshore testing teams, ensuring that all testing activities are coordinated and executed efficiently. You are committed to continuous improvement and are always looking for ways to enhance testing processes and reduce regression test cycles through automation.

What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing testing processes for various retail engineering projects. You will work closely with the Automation Lead to implement strategies aimed at achieving 100% automation in testing. Your day-to-day activities will involve actively participating in the development and execution of test processes, strategies, and plans, while collaborating with business and technical project development teams to establish project schedules and implement test plans.

You will also be tasked with presenting risks and mitigations to senior management, ensuring that all stakeholders are informed and aligned on project progress and challenges. Your leadership will be crucial in fostering a culture of quality within the testing team, as you establish best practices and mentor team members in their professional development. You will play a key role in delivering high-quality product releases that meet the expectations of both the business and customers.
