Who you are
You have a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or equivalent work experience, and you bring strong experience in leading testing efforts for cross-functional projects. Your technical and interpersonal skills allow you to effectively communicate risks and mitigations to Senior Management, ensuring that all stakeholders are aligned on project goals. You are self-motivated and thrive in a team environment, where you can contribute to the continuous improvement of testing processes.
You have a proven track record of establishing QA standards, guidelines, and technologies that enhance the testing team's efficiency. Your experience includes coordinating both onsite and offshore testing activities, which enables you to manage concurrent timelines effectively. You are passionate about automation and have worked closely with automation leads to reduce regression test cycles, aiming for 100% automation in testing processes.
What you'll do
In this role, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing end-to-end integration testing for multiple retail projects. You will actively participate in the development and execution of test processes, strategies, and plans, ensuring that high-quality product releases are delivered on time. Your leadership will guide the testing team in implementing best practices and innovative approaches to QA.
You will collaborate with business and technical project development teams to establish project schedules and implement comprehensive test plans. Your ability to present risks and mitigation strategies to Senior Management will be crucial in maintaining project transparency and alignment. You will also mentor team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement within the testing team.
