Job Description
Who you are
You have a Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of relevant industry experience, particularly in wireless silicon development. Your background includes a deep understanding of test software development fundamentals and code management, which allows you to effectively contribute to the automation frameworks used by the Wireless SoC RF integration and validation team.
Hands-on experience with wireless SoC RF firmware/software regression framework development and maintenance is essential. You are familiar with developing test automation, including equipment drivers, debug tools, and automation scripts interfaces, which enables you to streamline testing processes effectively.
Your knowledge extends to data storage, databases, and data visualization tools, allowing you to manage and interpret data efficiently. You are eager to keep developing your technical skillsets in both hardware and software domains, particularly in understanding wireless transceiver architecture and RF systems.
What you'll do
In this role, you will focus on architecting and implementing the automation framework for WSoC RF characterization and regression. You will collaborate closely with the wireless silicon development team to ensure that the automation processes are efficient and effective, contributing to the overall success of product development.
You will be responsible for delivering high-quality automation solutions that enhance the testing and validation processes. This includes developing and maintaining automation scripts and tools that facilitate the integration and validation of wireless SoC RF components.
Your role will also involve debugging and troubleshooting issues that arise during the testing phases, ensuring that all systems function optimally. You will work with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and feedback, continuously improving the automation framework based on real-world usage and challenges.
