What you'll do
As an Audio Software Test Engineer, you will contribute to the quality assurance of Apple AirPods products β you will develop and execute manual test passes while applying subjective measures of audio quality. Your role will involve collaborating with peer groups to identify testing needs and challenges, ensuring that the team has the right tools and processes in place.
You will be responsible for defining and updating team test plans, test cases, and procedures β your insights will help shape the testing strategy for AirPods audio features. You will also take existing test cases and architect automation plans to improve efficiency and coverage.
Your work will require you to present testing progress and issues found to your team β you will champion the improved quality of your areas and ensure that all stakeholders are informed of the status. You will also be involved in troubleshooting and resolving issues that arise during testing.
