Who you are
You have a Bachelor's degree and at least 3 years of relevant industry experience, showcasing your strong knowledge of wireless communication systems, particularly in cellular technologies. Your proven experience in developing test automation, including equipment drivers and automation scripts, demonstrates your technical expertise. You possess strong programming skills in Python, Shell scripting, and C/C++/C#, which are essential for effective test automation. Your proficiency in employing AI/ML technologies to optimize workflow efficiency sets you apart as a candidate. Additionally, you have strong communication and presentation skills, allowing you to convey complex ideas clearly.
Desirable
An advanced degree in Electrical Engineering or Computer Engineering is preferred, as well as proficiency with RF test equipment such as signal analyzers and generators. Experience with automation infrastructure development and related tools like Git and CI/CD will enhance your candidacy. A background in generative models and natural language processing is also a plus, showcasing your versatility in the field.
