Who you are
You have a Bachelor's degree and at least 10 years of relevant industry experience in wireless systems. Your expertise lies in system integration and characterization of wireless SoC products, and you have a strong understanding of communication theory and radio calibration algorithms. You are skilled in using test equipment to identify issues and have software skills to configure and probe chips effectively.
You thrive in a collaborative environment and enjoy tackling challenges that require innovative solutions. Your experience includes bringing up and integrating PHY and radio systems, ensuring optimal performance, and debugging complex issues. You are detail-oriented and take ownership of silicon performance, ensuring that Apple products exceed customer expectations.
What you'll do
In this role, you will be part of a dynamic team responsible for the integration and characterization of wireless SoC products. You will engage with the first silicon arrivals to bring up, integrate, tune, and debug the PHY and radio system operations. Your work will involve executing PHY and radio level characterization on internal silicon solutions, ensuring they meet production readiness standards.
You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to optimize performance and resolve issues on silicon. Your contributions will directly impact the quality and performance of Apple products, delighting millions of customers. You will also be involved in the testing and validation processes, ensuring that all systems function as intended before shipping.
