Job Description
Who you are
You have a Bachelor's degree and at least 10 years of relevant industry experience, showcasing your expertise in wireless systems integration. Your hands-on experience with chip bringup and tuning wireless transmitter or receiver chains for optimal performance sets you apart. You possess in-depth knowledge in communication theory, OFDM systems, RF system architecture, and signal processing algorithms, including timing recovery and automatic gain control.
Your experience designing algorithms for calibration, pre-equalization, or digital pre-distortion techniques demonstrates your innovative approach to solving complex challenges. You are proficient in programming languages such as Python, MATLAB, and C/C++, allowing you to implement sophisticated algorithms effectively. Additionally, your hands-on experience using wireless test lab equipment, including spectrum analyzers and network analyzers, equips you with the practical skills needed for this role.
What you'll do
As a Wireless Systems Integration Engineer at Apple, you will be part of a silicon design group responsible for the system integration of cutting-edge wireless SoC products. You will design radio calibration algorithms and oversee chip bringup, ensuring that products meet the highest performance standards.
