Who you are
You have 4+ years of experience as an HR Growth Partner or HR Business Partner in a global company, ideally within Product or R&D teams. You understand the intricacies of HR and are adept at aligning HR initiatives with business goals to enhance employee engagement and performance. You thrive in a collaborative environment, working closely with leaders at all levels to provide expert HR guidance and support. Your ability to analyze people trends and develop strategies to improve the employee experience sets you apart. You stay informed on labor laws and industry best practices, ensuring compliance and driving continuous improvement within the organization.
What you'll do
In this role, you will design and implement strategic HR initiatives that align with AppsFlyer's business goals, ensuring the company remains an employer of choice. You will act as a strategic partner to leaders, providing insights and coaching on employee relations, performance management, organizational design, and talent development. You will lead organizational and talent assessments to ensure a strong talent pipeline and workforce capability. Additionally, you will contribute to cross-HR projects, bringing innovative solutions to the table and enhancing the overall employee experience.
