What you'll do

In this role, you will take the lead in developing and maintaining web applications, focusing on creating sophisticated user interfaces that enhance the overall user experience. You will collaborate closely with the Director of UX to implement designs that are not only visually appealing but also functional and accessible. Your responsibilities will include building and optimizing reusable frontend components and libraries, ensuring they are accessible by default and perform well across different platforms.

You will participate in technical strategy discussions, providing insights on best practices for frontend development and user interface design. Your role will involve utilizing advanced tools and practices to refine and review code, ensuring it meets the highest standards of performance and maintainability. You will also be responsible for conducting code reviews and mentoring junior engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement within the team.
