AppZen is hiring an Enterprise Customer Success Manager to drive the success of Fortune 500 customers. You'll manage customer relationships from adoption to renewal, advocating for product improvements and showcasing business impact. This role requires strong relationship-building skills and a passion for customer success.

Who you are

You have a strong background in customer success management, ideally with experience working with enterprise clients. You excel at building relationships and understanding customer needs, ensuring they derive maximum value from the products you support. Your ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders sets you apart, allowing you to advocate for customer needs within your organization.

You are data-driven and enjoy analyzing customer usage patterns to identify opportunities for improvement and growth. You thrive in a collaborative environment, working closely with product, sales, and support teams to drive customer satisfaction and retention. Your proactive approach to problem-solving ensures that you address customer concerns before they escalate, fostering long-term partnerships.

What you'll do

In this role, you will own the customer relationship from adoption through renewal and expansion. You will drive product utilization by optimizing configurations to maximize value for your customers. Your responsibilities will include conducting regular business reviews with customer executives to showcase the business impact of our solutions and advocating for product improvements based on customer feedback. You will also collaborate with internal teams to ensure that customer needs are met and that they receive the highest level of service.

You will be responsible for developing and executing customer success plans tailored to each client's unique needs, ensuring they achieve their desired outcomes. By leveraging your understanding of our products and the industry, you will help customers navigate challenges and capitalize on opportunities for growth. Your role will be crucial in maintaining high customer satisfaction and loyalty, ultimately contributing to the overall success of AppZen.
